Pick up your very own Explorers Credit Union piggy bank when you open a Youth Saver Account and start filling it with coins, birthday cash, allowance money… or even set up a lemonade stand! Treasure is hiding everywhere, and every coin you save gets you closer to big rewards!
Once it’s full, use our coin machine to count your coins and watch your treasure grow as we match up to $10 every year (until age 10)! Plus, every deposit into a Youth Saver or a Youth Share Certificate, earns you an entry to win Scout’s Treasure—a plush Scout and a chest full of surprises! When your piggy bank is full, bring it to any Explorers branch and we’ll count your coins and match up to $10 each year until you turn 10. So gear up, young explorers—your adventure starts now!
- The Treasure Hunt starts Tuesday, April 15th and runs until Monday, June 30th. The winner of Scouts Treasure will be randomly drawn and announced Tuesday, July 1, 2025!
- Open a Youth Saver or Youth Share Certificate or make a deposit into a current Youth Saver Account.
- Winners will receive a plush "Scout" and a treasure chest of goodies!
- *Each deposit = 1 entry into the July 1st drawing. (Entries can be filled out at any of our 4 branch locations when deposit it made. Limit of (1) entry per day.)
Eligibility: This promotion is open to Explorers Credit Union members ages 21 and under. To be eligible to participate, you must do at least one of the following: open a Scout Youth Savings Account (available to members age 10 and under), open a Youth Share Certificate (available to members age 21 and under), OR make a deposit into an existing Youth Saver Account (available to members age 21 and under). Each qualifying deposit earns one (1) entry into the drawing for Scout’s Treasure—a plush Scout and a treasure chest of goodies! Entries are limited to one per day, per member, and must be submitted in person at any Explorers Credit Union branch at the time of deposit. No purchase necessary. Membership eligibility required. Standard account opening requirements apply. Must meet field of membership requirements. If new to Explorers CU, minimum $10 membership deposit into a Share (Savings) Account required.)
