One of the great things about being part of a credit union is that you’re a member-owner, not a customer. That means you have a say when it comes to how things are run. Four of your fellow member-owners have stepped up to play an important role on our Board of Directors.
Our Explorers CU Board of Directors:
– Appoint the Chief Executive Officer
– Help direct strategic planning
– Represent the wishes of our members
Currently, there are four (4) candidates and four (4) positions on the Board of Directors. Since the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled on our Board of Directors and there will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting, there is no need for an election by ballot.
