Insights from Our 2025 Member Survey

Dear Explorers,

Each year, we pause to ask a simple but powerful question: How are we doing? Your responses to our 2025 Member Survey gave us more than just answers, they gave us insight, encouragement, and a clear trail forward.

First, thank you. Over 130 of you took the time to share your thoughts, ideas, and experiences. Whether you’ve been with us for one year or fifty, your voice matters deeply.

Here’s what we heard:

  • You believe in us. Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 72 is a strong signal that you’re not only satisfied, you’re willing to recommend Explorers to your friends and family. That’s the highest compliment we could receive.

  • You value our service. 80% of respondents rated us a 9 or 10 when asked how likely they are to refer us. Many of you highlighted our friendly staff, helpful guidance, and community presence.

  • You see our values in action. The top areas where you feel our mission shines? Exceptional service, competitive rates, and flexible loan solutions. That tells us we’re staying true to our purpose.

  • You also challenged us. And we’re grateful. You asked for:

      • •  Better digital tools and clearer online navigation
      • •  More personalized communication

I want to assure you that every comment—whether it was a compliment, a concern, or a creative idea—is being reviewed and considered.
