What is MACO Biometric Authentication?

MACO is a secure authentication method that allows you to access your accounts through our Mobile App using additional security biometrics such as:

• Voice Recognition
• A Unique PIN Number
• Fingerprint Recognition
• Facial Recognition

These additional features offer an extra layer of security to protect your account information.

How do I reset my password?

1. Go to “Sign In” Screen
2. Click “Forgot Password?”
3. Enter your username.
4. Verify your identity by answering your three security questions
5. Change Your Password
