BREAKING: Loch Ness Monster Spotted in Yankton – Chooses Credit Union Over Lake Life

YANKTON, SD — In a shocking turn of mythical events, the legendary Loch Ness Monster—affectionately dubbed Nessie from the Lake—was spotted lounging in what eyewitnesses are calling “a truly majestic puddle” outside Explorers Credit Union.

The sighting was first reported on Yankton Buzz, where members shared photos of the elusive sea serpent taking a soak, presumably contemplating her finances.

“She looked peaceful… almost like she just refinanced her boat loan,” one onlooker commented.

But the story doesn’t end there.

Shortly after the puddle party began, Explorers’ own elusive mascot, Scout the Sasquatch, emerged from the nearby foliage with what appeared to be a membership referral form in one hand and a bag of popcorn in the other.

Sources close to the situation say Scout has been referring friends and legendary creatures alike, ever since learning about Explorers Credit Union’s legendary promotions, member perks, and mythical service standards.

“We can neither confirm nor deny that Nessie opened a Kasasa Saver account,” said a credit union representative, “but we can say she hasn’t left. So… draw your own conclusions.”

As of press time, Nessie is still in the puddle, Scout is still whispering secrets of sweet savings through the native South Dakota foliage, and the buzz around town has reached truly mythical proportions.

One thing is clear though: She came for the puddle… but stayed for the perks.

Stay tuned, Explorers. If we spot a unicorn near the ATM, we’ll let you know.
